Might be a good South Dublin developement secret in the shadow of the huge Cherrywood plans, but I just wanted to see if anyone has heard of Clay Farm in Leopardstown Dublin 18. It's the area south of the Ballyogan road (they call it off Kilgobbin Road), serviced by 2 Luas stops and is being built by Park Developments.…

What are people thinking about the last phase coming up in June? I’m not sure they’re worth what they'll be asking, especially with this being the last phase, prices’ll be at their highest. Not much greenery, not one south-facing 4-bed, a few 3-beds don’t even have proper driveways or side parking, the apartments are right up close and some of those gardens are fairly disappointing, to be honest.
