Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster in this forum.

    I've accepted a place on the Secondary History PGCE in Edge Hill starting this September. Anyone who's done a PGCE abroad, how difficult is it to source accommodation? Did you live on your own or house share? I had planned to live on campus, but apparently that's not an option for postgrads. I really don't want to have to fly over and back to Liverpool several times to find somewhere to live. Any hints/tips greatly appreciated!
