Motorcycle storage in East Cork

My brother is losing his motorcycle storage unexpectedly just as he's bought a new house without suitable space for his bike. Any idea where might rent safe and secure storage (ideally with power and the possibility for doing light DIY on the bike too). Any suggestions appreciated :)

There's a former industrial unit in Youghal, from which a carwash/valet operation trades from.

The building is also used for car/boat/caravan storage at €80/qtr for those classes, maybe less for bikes. Good for storage, couldn't say whether they'd let him work on it there, or about power.
