Would this 2nd hand Visonic system be a good buy for me?

I recently seen this system advertised, and since I was always thinking of buying an alarm, was wondering if it might be the time to take the plunge?

    The system is:
    Visonic Powermaster 30 GSM/IP Alarm
    1 x powermaster panel
    3 x PIR
    1 x GSM module
    1 x powerlink 3 IP module
    1 x expander card
    1 x live wireless bell

It would be priced at around £250.

If I was to buy it, are the spares still available for expansion?
Is there anything I need to consider to ask before buying?
    Is it a decent price?
    Could I get better?

    Any feedback appreciated.

Only 3 PiRs for coverage & a system that could well be obsolete soon.
    I wouldn't.

Wouldn't be a fan of their gear TBH. Spend your money on something decent like HKC or if you have it wired Siemens.

Not wise to buy that at all.
