I would think they are exactly the same but couldn't be 100% definite, the model of car didnn't change from 1998 to 2004. Most likely the trim and fabric on it are different though.

I actually had a look at the wikipedia site earlier today, was thinking the same as yourself would be the likes of trim and fabric etc and i,ve seen a photo of the njoy front passenger seat and there is a slight differance in the seat in that its a slightly differant shape.I dont think they would get into the production end making the seat fixing widthes differant ....

Should be grand. Just check the airbag plugs match.

Njoy is just a special edition.

Thanks for that,my front passenger seat doesnt have the side airbag and looking at the photo of the njoy that looks like it doesnt have one either just the reclining lever.Hoping someone could see this post and be %100 because have the chance of that seat if i,m fast but have a nearly 200 mile drive to pick it up heading into snowstorm land and my retest is this sunday relating to the seat,cheers...

If you don't have them then it won't do any harm having them in the new seats. It's unlikely that a 00 has them to be fair.

The main thing i,m bothered about is do the seat runners and where the base bolts to the floor match. My seat only has 1 torx bolt at the back of each runner and the two front parts of the lower seat frame slides into a raised part to be secure...

I doubt they changed the design of the floor pan of the car between 99 and 00, but it should be easily verifiable if you contact the seller for a picture.
