Baxi 35/60 boiler issue

    When I turn the boiler I get a red flashing light at the 60 degree light, there is also zero bars of pressure, any tips to resolve this?

    That is the warning light to inform you that there is an issue with circulation or low water pressure.
    In your case it is low water pressure, as per the pressure gauge. You need to re-pressurise the system, most likely from a valve in the hot press, to approx 1.25 bar (cold).
    When you have done this, turn off the boiler and turn the left control knob fully left to reset the boiler, then put it back to the on position.
