    Let the annual discussion begin!!!

    I had a great night
    Food was great
    They didn’t have HD tellies
    The sound was too loud
    They were looking for donations
I couldn’t get a decent view of a telly as I arrived 5 minutes before the game start time
    The sound was spot-on
    They were a bit rude
    Staff were brutal
    The sound was too low
There was no food left when I got there

    He's being sarcastic..

Lothaar who's involved with the rebels normally posts up about it, but each year there are (as expected) people who complain, bateman is just highlighting the common ones

Have gone to DTwo the last few years and found it good, aside from last year. Ireland was playing in the rugby beforehand and the two crowds didn't gel well. Add to that, the fact that DTwo told me I couldn't book a table last year but when I'd arrived, there were loads of pre-booked tables. Frustrating because the place has a HUGE(!) beer garden which works very well for live sport.

In the end we left shortly before the game started and met up with people at Xico. Very small and only one big screen but it emptied very quickly and combined with good food and drink proved an enjoyable night. I'd go there again this year if I thought I'd get the same experience, but I'd never be that lucky.

Was going to chance Harrys on the Green this year but bit unsure given opinions I've read on last year's Super Bowl thread. Was it the general set up in the place that was poor or just the way the Dublin Rebels party was organised?

I wouldn’t be a big fan of Harrys on the Green generally speaking, never found the service great in there really.
Having said all that, all these places should be making better pitches for the Super Bowl as they’re generally empty on Sundays. So maybe some of them are wising up to it.
    Where’s Xico?

Just around from the Merrion. You'd barely notice it from the outside. I'd never been in it before or since, but I was impressed. I wouldn't go recommending it because I reckon we just got lucky. I'd imagine it'd be a completely different story if it was busier.

For what it's worth, I messaged them and they're taking booking for this year's game.
