    Hi.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

My mother's car failed the NCT and it's more or less dead now.

The next step I think is a PCP. She cant afford to buy full price

Anyone know some good deals on small cars, with maybe 0.00% APR and scrappage deals

Please research pcp if you're not aware of how it works.

Why not buy a second hand car? Whats the need for new if money is an issue?
