gas boiler replacement flue length

    Hi we are about to change gas boiler for new condensation boiler, its a old house, existed concealed flue run between bedroom floor and concrete ceiling with no hatches access. My question is what is the longest single pipe flue we can install to avoid connections and hatches points as mention before can't do it through concrete ceiling

    The Registered Gas Installer who is changing the boiler for you will know the answer to this.

    As above for all what follows:

    In addition, where will the condensate pipe and the PRV pipes go, you need to solve these questions before you proceed as it might not be doable.
    Rather than ask whats the longest, why not tell us how long the existing flue is?

    The existing flue is 3m long
