Looking for advice, family of 6 with older children (teens) looking for accommodation preferably self catering in Algarve, Alvor and Lagos appeal, but have never been to Algarve. Don't want anywhere too noisy/rough, ideally near a beach, shops, restaurants etc. Anyone recommend a resort/ villa/apartment ?

We stayd in the Real Marina apartments in Olhao last year.
Really nice with air con and a pool on the roof. Its beside the hotel which you have access to.

We booked with low cost holidays and when we to reconfirm the booking, it was cheaper than originally paid.
    handled the problem very professionally.
