Just out of curiosity, how many NS officers at rank of Commander and Captain are there? During the Med deployments I was only aware of one ship skippered by a full Commander and the only Capt you ever hear of is Dave Barry at Operations.

While there are 2 Captains(NS) listed in that table, I think there are plans to add a third to the establishment. What the reasoning behind this is, I'm not sure.
