Making Payment to a Credit/Debit Card

    Hi folks,

    Does anyone know of if there's any way to make a payment to someone's card using only their card details (rather than bank account/IBAN details)?

    Any number of payment solutions companies will take a payment from a card, or do a chargeback, but the above request seems to be drawing a blank.

    Any thoughts appreciated. :)
