Hi,

I'm holding Cairn homes since they were 98c, in that time they are now up at 1.32. As you can see it's quite a nice climb. Unfortunately I was sceptical of the property market and only went in with a small sum, however i'm happy with the gains. They have outlined their development plans for the next 12 months and they seem to be targeting good development areas. I'm wondering though where they can go from here?

Any views? My knowledge of this market is not great.

Also i see some funds beginning to short Cairn homes... not sure what impact this will have.
