Interview for Deli/Cafe/Caterers

I currently work in the hospitality industry and work directly with food. I'm not hugely happy where I am but it is in a well established place. I'm not going anywhere in my role, I've been on the same money since I started and have been here for three years. I have an interview coming up for a place working with food, I think in a similar role and I could learn new things which may benefit me in years to come. What other reasons could I give for leaving my current job? Also, I feel wearing a suit is for office roles, so not sure of the attire for an interview for a foodie place? Any feedback would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Case it out: what do people who are working there now wear? Be a bit (but not too much) better dressed than that.

Learning new things, opportunities for promotion / career growth, wider industry exposure (ie seeing how other places to things) are all good reasons to be looking.

So are more money, shorter commute, nicer colleagues, more staff benefits, nicer uniforms .... but don't mention any of these!
