    Hi

Looking for some advice, have a 08 Smax. Got it serviced recently and no issues. I did have to replace a wheel recently after I hit a stone on the road and there was a bulge on the tyre

Not sure if this issue was there before, when I brake the car there is a shutter in the steering wheel. There also can be a small one when speeding up. It doesn't happen all the time. So havent a clue what problem is.

Any idea's? I did see online that everyone mentions fly wheel replacement??? no idea what this is....would this be an issue?

It seems more like a worn out C.V joint.
Try shaking the wheel/tyre to see if there is any play/movement.

Is it just on one side?

Small bit of movement, no idea if one side, small shake when breaking so dont know which side it is coming from.....

by the wheel/tyre I do actually mean the wheel and not the steering wheel.

Try shake one wheel at a time and see if one wheel has more movement than the rest.
