Hello wonder if there any value for these notes and where best to sell them or only fit for the central bank to be exchanged for euros?

It depends in the grade of the notes: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notaphily

At worst, you can exchange them for Euros at the Central Bank: http://www.centralbank.ie/paycurr/notescoin/exchange/Pages/irishnotes.aspx

Have a look on eBay or Adverts.ie for an idea of what notes similar to yours would sell for
