    Hi All,

Quick question, I attended university to complete postgraduates in the academic year 12/13. Will I still be able to claim my tax refund? As I know, your allowed four years to claim but just concerned about time lapse to 2012.

Many thanks with any advice or suggestions

    Regards,
    Le Henry

I believe that if you paid an installment in 2013 for the academic year 2012/13, you can claim the relief in 2013.

I think you can claim in 2013 even if you paid in 2012 as long as the course started in September 2012 and not January.. That's what the revenue employee told me when I rang up about it a few weeks ago.
