How to turn off water in the hot press

I'm trying to service our shower as its getting very hard to turn off and it's recommend to dismantle and clean the parts.

The ensuite shower is located behind the hot press and I can see the pipe that goes in from the hot press side (just one).

Before servicing it i want to turn off the water so I don't get wet. In the hot press there are two red spin taps and place where a tap could be. Safe to say turn them both off ? They also seem very stiff.

It's probably a leaver with a handle not a twisty one, very hard to tell when you can't see it.

Is this an electric shower, make sure and turn off the electricity as well.

if its not an electric shower it should have 2 pipes going to it.
can you post a photo showing the actual shower and one showing the pipe that comes through the wall.

do you have a pump in the bottom of the hot press
