Thermostat was changed but there is cold air coming from dash vents.

The thermostat works, air is warm for the windscreen demisting and foot heaters.

Only the panel dash vents give out cold air and not strongly.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

I think that's how those vents work, in any Toyota I had the centre vents were always fresh ambient air. the rest of them were heated.

What setting is the "Direction" on?

On our old Avensis, the centre vents would blow cold, unless the direction was set to blow out towards you.
