    Hi,
Im not sure i am in the correct thread so feel free to move it.
Im a employee of a company that dose not pay out any sick days at all.
My question is: Can i claim back tax on the days i took a sick day?
If so where? Im on revenues home page for PAYE anytime and wonder if i could claim it somewhere there?
Anyone have had the same experience and know what do do?
    Any help is much appreciated!

    No you can't.

All that happens is that you'll earn less for that particular week and will pay less tax that week because you have less gross earnings (ie earnings before tax).
