Local Property Tax valuations

Hi wondering if anyone can advise me.
I bought a house last year, so the property tax was paid. Last month I got my letter to pay for 201u. However my house was put in the 100000 to 150000 bracket which means the lpt is €225. However I paid 66000 for the house and is valued for this amount by two auctioneers in 2016. this puts in the less then 100000 bracket which means paying €90 which is a lost less. I have rang the revenue who have said it goes on the 2013 value and that's that. I am just wondering is there anything I can do to get it ready valued for the lpt as it's a very big difference especially as a annual tax.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
