Ps4 picture problem

    I have a Ps4 here that we are having problems with. It turns on normally but after ten seconds the picture goes blank but the sound remains

    If I unplug the HD cable from with the TV or the Ps4and plug it back in the picture comes back but only for the ten seconds and then goes blank again

    Anyone ever experience this or have a solution to this. Thanks

    It sounds like a tv hdcp problem . What model tv are you using ?

    Check offical PS forum loads of ppl with the same. Change settings in screen setup to game mode and turn of all thing like deep color etc.
