Hi Folks, I'm trying to claim back my health expenses for 2016 on PAYE Anytime and the message received is 'Unfortunately we cannot process your request please contact 1890......'
I am not even able to access the page for 2016 where all the expenses and credits used to be as in previous years.

Could someone on here let me know if this is similar on there PAYE Anytime a/c also and is this is just a generic message at this time or are they able to access the relevant page were expenses can be claimed?
    Thanks.

Or you could try this :
    RevApp
Revenue recently launched a new mobile application called RevApp and it is available to download free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This app will help you manage your tax affairs on the go. A Windows version will also be available shortly.

RevApp provides you with quick and easy mobile access to myAccount, MyEnquiries, Calculators and Tools and Receipts Tracker.

Did you have a Dept of Social Protection payment, such as Illness or Jobseekers Benefit? If so, you may need to call revenue to amend the details before you can access 2016.

No sorted out now thanks. Used the mozilla browser as suggested by the other poster.
    Thanks.
