    I was just wondering what your thoughts on the XLS medical fat binder? I am on the fence. Back to the gym again so I was just thinking......

    They have VERY unpleasant side effects in the toilet department if you overeat fat.
    Stay away from fads.
    Just eat well and exercise.

    Non medical metformin if I understand ...

    Stops fat binding if you eat it, only works if you eat a low fat diet coz everything pours out of you if you do.

    Miserable if you don't stick to the diet
    Easier to just eat normally and avoid the 'miracle' cures

    . It's also used for pcos and other hormonal medical conditions. And to assist those after weight loss surgery and about to begin a weight loss plan
