Solcitor needed for Credit rating appeal

    I was wondering what type of solicitor can anyone recommend to help me fight a bad credit rating?

    I was wrongly charged on my credit card bill for fees which already been paid. I rang Ulster bank at the time and they admitted they made a mistake, and removed the charges (late payment fee) this was 2013

    All fine except, they gave me a bad credit rating, and never removed this when they admitted their error. I am no longer with Ulster bank, and cannot get them to remove my bad credit rating and hit a wall everytime I pursue it.

    Have you asked the Irish Credit Bureau to remove the incorrect entry?
