Hi folks, I'm looking for some recommendations for a MMA gym in Cork City.

I'm going to a regular gym for a couple of years but my motivation has died and I'm just bored with it. I want to learn a bit of everything BJJ, boxing, thai boxing etc.

I am a complete novice in any combat sport bar some boxing training when I was about 13.

I'm sure plenty are going to these at the moment with the explosion of MMA.

    Cheers

There are plenty. I train at SBGi in Blackpool. Its a great facilities, if not a bit of a dump. They cater for all levels regardless of age. Their main focus is on BJJ and MMA, but there are plenty guys there who do Thai as well on the fly (like myself). There is also a boxing class, but I think that may just be teen only.

PM me if you want more info.
