15k Budget. Which car would you import from the UK

    Been saving for the past 3 years for the new motor and i've now began researching cars in the UK with a view to picking one up maybe in the next 2-3 months.


    My budget is 15k( including VRT) and on my radar is...

    Audi A4- Sline 2010 (2.0 TDI)
    Audi A5- Sline 2011 (2.0 TDI)
    BMW 320d 2012
    Mercedes-Benz c220d 2009 AMG replica
    VW Passat 2012 2.0 TDI

    I'm a fan of ze Germans but i am open to other options, which would you go for and do you have any tips for purchasing cars from the UK?

    I'd through a Passat CC into that list. You would probably get a 2012 model for that budget and they tend to be better specced than the others.

    And there are already a number of threads/sticks here around purchasing in the UK.

    S Line A4s are very in demand which means it's a minefield finding a good value one that hasn't a sad story attached.

    A well specced 13 Passat CC should be well achievable for 15k, but theyre not as rare over here anymore as there is a constant supply of them coming in from the UK.
