    Hi,
I posted in a previous post here regarding the difficulties I have had trying to get planning permission on the home farm, as I don't live there and my father has it rented out.
So the business plan to convince the powers that be that I am intending to work the land so I can get planning and kick out the current Tennant is coming along well, no thanks to no less than 5 teagasc advisors who had no interest in helping as I wouldn't be a recurring client, so I figured out..... (not as if I was asking for help for free!!!)

So a few questions that can be answered here, or direct me to where I can work it out myself.

Bear is in mind this is a paperwork exercise, and so far on paper, I'm going to loose hand over fist!
I'm 39.No green cert. About 50 Acres is what's available to work with. Enterprise will start with 10 sucklers, go in calf, and build up some beef stock.
sheep approx 30, get out of them when the demand for grass builds up with the beef.

Re the green cert, this means no grants for sheds etc. That's fine for now. Might be a plan for later, or a partnership down the road will assist with this challenge. Theres plenty of sheds there for now.

So that's the rough background. I need values to add into the now famous business plan!
    1. What is the sfp value per acre?
    2. Young farmer - am I young enough at 39 with no green cert? If I am what's it worth.
    3. Entitlements on the land, approx value?
Glas - value isn't huge in this but think I will stick it in anyways. What's it worth to me?
Just rough figures is what I'm after...
    Thanks

At the moment if no have no existing entitlement s , the SFP is irrelevant , you will get ANC on the 20Ha will be e2050 alright .

GLAS is closed now for five years .

BDGP is to reopen in 2017, 10 sucklers e800 per annum.

On 2015 NR calculation you would be if you did the green cert at entitlements E267 and 68 YFS top up X 20 HA you lookin at E6700 for 20 Ha, rent rent rent if you decide to get your bum on seat for green cert
