I've thrown up three times, crippling headache, dizzy, nausea. My mouth also tastes of sick despite having brushed my teeth several times. I know its a stomach flu and it just has to pass but I'm rarely sick and its doing my head in. Any advice/tips?

Have you tried adding a teaspoon of table salt and two egg yolks to a mug of distilled water (boiled water that has cooled will do)

Won't help but it'll take your mind off being sick for a few minutes.

We can't help you OP. Take to the bed with a hot water bottle and drink as much fluid as you can get into yourself. Set up a puke bucket by the bed if necessary. When you start sweating like bejaysus it might be nice to have a shower and change the sheets. Don't touch another living soul.

You lot were right. Started to pass yesterday evening, feel loads better, just a bit dizzy. Flat 7up works miracles again.

Now disinfect everything....those germs live for 48 hours on door handles, work surfaces etc. Anyone who touches an infected surface will go through that vomiting & sh1tting combo for a few hours.... Could kick-start their new year weight loss plan, but they may not see it that way...
