    Looks grand. You can get into flywheel weights and spend lots more money if you like but the almost inevitable ignominious end to every home spin bike is this:

    So if you can avoid that and actually get some use out of it then you're doing well. :)

    If you have a bike save yourself the hassle and get a turbo

    Aye looks grand but they are a hateful horrid device, I lose the will to live after about 20 mins. I would recommend Zwift with a compatible turbo, Zwift really lifts indoor training out of the mire and makes it somewhat palatable.

    Shes happy to put a spin class on youtube and cycle with that.

    Had a turbo it was way too loud, but i gave it to my dad as he uses it.
