Are the fireworks at midnight or would it be on earlier for families?

The Chez le Fab post is here, stating that they are offering a view of the fireworks that will be let off from the castle, presumably at midnight. But are they just making an assumption that there will be fireworks or do they know something that nobody else does? It makes little sense for the city to hold a fireworks display and not advertise it. (Unless they were a surprise for an existing audience like at the Christmas light switch on.)

Literally about to ask the same question, iguana. I think they might just be assuming!

Haven't we said on here before that Limerick isn't great for advertising things that are on

I gave up on Limerick for NYE long ago.

The last straw was the horrible fiasco that was Millennium Eve and that appalling laser projection onto the walls of King Johns Castle. It was embarrassing
