Have 20 acres of solid dry ground, reseeded, lime applied, ditches brest back and boundary fenced with electric fence wire. It is high ground with a short growing season just wondering what could I expect to rent it out for

    What length of lease?
    Is there entitlements with it?
    Location?
    Is there dairy farmers nearby?
A lot of factors to consider before you can get an accurate guide price.

There's dairy farmers on here licking their lips and thinking how far is that from me, could I work it? If it's just reseeded and a long term lease surely it's worth 150 an acre.

If it's there advertise it and you'll get on well. There's a lad down there trying to set 300 acres for €400 an acre for the last couple of years, did he find a fool yet?
