Hope you all enjoyed yizzer Christmas dinners. I''m looking for suggestions for New Years Eve. I've a total of 8 or 9 people coming to ring in the new year. In previous years I've given them things like Thai Chicken curry, Pulled pork with lots of sides. I'm look for something tasty and easy to make. I was thinking of possibly doing BBQ beef ribs with sides ??? Good drinking food. ideas please.

We've done fondue before; very handy, doesn't need much prep and easy to serve.
