Hoping this is OK for this forum...

Just wondering if anyone knows who the William Loughman is that the Willie Loughman Memorial Forest Rally is named after?

Was he a driver? Where was he from?

Interested as he may have been a relative.

William Loughman was one of the founding members of the Carrick On Suir Motor Club.
