Not sure what forum to throw this in but I found a poem signed by Joesph Mary plunkett. It is his own typed poem. The poem was hidden in a cabinet that was once owned by him. I am thinking it might be an early draft of his poem. Is it anything significant?

Nice little find for the year that's in it. National Museum might be interested. Or frame it.

Ha ha, he's a boy but has Mary in his name.

I don't want to disappoint you but the signature does not look exactly like this one.
The J is very different but the tt at the end looks the same.
    Don't burn it yet.

Maybe someone else wrote it to show who wrote the poem. It did however come from a cabinet from the plunkett home and there is full record I can dig up.

The second part below the line is another poem by Plunkett
"This Heritage to the Race of Kings"

My 97 year old grand aunt (who is 100% coherent and spending Xmas with my family) believes she has loads of documents about the 1916 rising. Why? Because her husband's father led the rebellion for Munster. Her house is the famous Irish house in caherciveen. Supposedly there are many letters there sent from high command. It's all so exciting, I get to treasure hunt for reals=)

Nothing unusual about that. How many females are called Petra, Andrea, Johanna, Philippa, all men's names? In another language the name would be Mario or Marius.
