I have a problem with my Ferguson Ariva 120 HD Combo box. Unfortunately I seem to have messed up the settings and can now only get Irish channels. Please help me to sort out the problem, any further details I will be pleased to submit.

First I turn on the TV and get Irish channels, then on the remote I select AV -> HDMI3 (SAT) , OK, When I press a digit I get 'No Signal'. Previously the computer worked well, but I changed options, in particular I pressed a button for 'internet'.
I really would welcome suggestions.
