    You can buy Netflix gift cards in GameStop. not sure of the month amount though

    If you live in another EuroZone country voucher bought there will work in any € country. I am not so sure can they be bought online though.

    If I bought a card in France, I could just take the number from it and email it to someone in Ireland I guess?

    Exactly. It's an EU gift card, there's no specific Irish one or French.
