Spiced Beef leftover liquid ideas?

    Hi. Ive just cooked spiced beef in stout with some peppercorns and a bay leaf, and the leftover liquid is really delicious. Sort of a spiced stout-broth. Itd be a shame to throw it away and Im sure i could put it to good use if I were more creative. Would anybody here have any suggestions?

    I would parboil sprouts then add a bit of your left over stock to a hot pan and fry up the sprouts....or make a sauce for bangers and mash...
    Don't waste it anyway,if you don't have a use for it now freeze it till you need it..

    Use it as the liquid for a shin beef or beef cheek or short rib stew.
