EI-EWR - West coast flights

Aer Lingus A330-200 EI-EWR seems to rarely operate DUB-SFO/LAX flights. Was just wondering if there was a particular reason for this considering it is a -200 and is aimed at the longer transatlantic flights? Its sisterships LAX,DUO and DAA seem to cover these flights. Would it be because EI-LAX/DUO/DAA have more cycles and so its more economical to put them on longer flights where they accumulate less cycles?

It doesn't have the provision to fit a lower deck crew rest into the AFT cargo hold so they are reluctant to use it as it involves blocking off seats for crew to rest during their breaks, it has only gone west a handful of times and is always a last resort

Why is it different to the other 330-200s? Was it reconfigured after leaving Aer Lingus back in 2009?

But other -200s of the same era (late 90s/early 2000s) were different?

Just built to a different spec...it would be a customer option to have the provision...

That a question for those that ordered it without the LDMCR facility. Think that machine is leased so it's not going to be modified to fit same now and is first on list to be replaced re newer aircraft I'm aware.
