Estimated Business Bill

    Hi,

    I have just received my latest business bill (of which I have 2). One was an actual reading and one was an estimate. The estimate is way off as this premises has been closed for the last year. What can I do, I can't find anywhere on the website to submit a query.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    I can certainly look into this for you. To do so, would you mind sending the following details via PM?

    - Company name;
    - Adress of the company; and
    - The account number associated with the company. This should be located on the bill you recently received.
