Adding mobile to existing bundle

    Hi, I have an existing bundle with eir and I've just tried adding a mobile to it online, how long should it take before I hear back from the order processing team, and does it go through all of the normal order processing malarkey even though I'm a triple play customer already with you? Also I'm hardly eligible for the cash back as I'm only adding to my bundle would that be correct?
