I found a tab for the song Money, That's what I want but I'm sot sure if its possible to play it like it is in the tab because of the E and G string supposedly being played together with the D and A string left muted. Does anyone know if this tab is correct?

No idea if it's correct, or if we're allowed discuss tabs here, but try playing the E string only. The notes on the G string are adding thirds which fills it out a bit more, I guess.
You could play it using index finger and thumb too.

    Just play it using fingerpicking
