I bought a fresh Turkey yesterday and put it straight in to the freezer yesterday. It is a 4kg Turkey. I am going to put it into the Fridge on Friday morning to allow it thaw.

Does all of the above seem OK? Is it OK to freeze a fresh Turkey (did say suitable for home freezing on the package)

Yes, it's totally fine to freeze it, and if you are cooking it on Sunday morning, 48 hours should be sufficient to thaw it out. Good luck. :)

Thaw in the fridge is best practice
