What is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn either in person or at an ATM?

    Good Morning Hana98,

Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

The maximum amount of withdrawal on a Visa Debit card is specific to each account. If you are registered for online banking, you can send a secure email via the Service Desk on 365Online and a representative will confirm your limit.

If you do not have access to your card or the amount you wish to withdraw is above your card withdrawal limit, you can make a cash withdrawal in branch once the amount is over E700. Once there are sufficient funds in your account, there is no maximum withdrawal amount however, if over E5000 24 hours notice would need to be provided. Please ensure to bring photo ID with you on the day to avoid disappointment.

I hope this helps and if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Elaine
