Unexpected charges on bill (charged for Modems)

    Hello,

    In October, I moved from an Eir broadband package to an Eir Fiber. Checking my bills, I now see several unexpected charges:

    November bill:
    Zyxel Fibre mode (F-1000): €40

    December bill:
    "Other" Modem charge: €59.99
    "Other" Modem charge: €59.99
    (€119.97 for modem charges)

    The package I signed for includes a "FREE superior WiFi Modem" so what are these charges for?
