Looking to get descent teenager set

looking for a descent airsoft set for my 14 year old son: main gun, side + safety accessories and safety gear. He played few times with all metal M4 and was slightly on the heavy/big side, so would be nice something smaller/lighter for the main, but similar size is acceptable. Could be full set of separate peaces.
