Real Life Hunger Games in Russia...

Starting on Russian TV next year, apparently.
The utterly terrifying-sounding Game2: Winter will see 30 participants PAY to take part - although some will be chosen in an online poll and enter for free - in a bid to win a £1.3 million prize fund on a show where "everything is allowed" (via The Siberian Times).

And what might that "everything" be? According to the rules: "Fighting, alcohol, murder, rape, smoking, anything."

I like they way they casually inserted "murder" and "rape" between alcohol and smoking (like they're on the same level of seriousness).

That's really scary. We all watched The Hunger Games, Battle Royale and Running Man from cinema seats or the comfort of our homes, thinking "thank God this will never be real". Except now it will be, 6 months from now....

"Fighting, alcohol, murder, rape, smoking, anything."

Pretty hard to condone the smoking these days.

This is linked to a fake news site. Just click on to their 'source'...The siberian Times.
The article is credited to "The Siberian Times Reporter" Lol. Probably a teenager getting on the anyi-Russia propoganda train.

I'm surprised people aren't just presuming everything is a lie these days. If it sounds outrageous, it's probably BS; that's my new credo.
