Delay in opening up new account

    Hi,

    I registered online for a new Bank of Ireland current account on Friday but still have not received any email notification of approval or otherwise.

    The email said I should hear back in 2 business days and I need the account to progress my mortgage application.

    Could you please check the status on this for me as I need to get the mortgage application in tomorrow and thought the account would be set-up at this point.
