Activating an account

    I filled the online form to open an account. Yesterday I received an email to advise me that my account was ready to go and that I have to call to activate it. But I haven't received the SMS with the activation details. How can I activate it ?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    The SMS should be on it's way to you today however if you don't receive it we would advise you to call our New Account team on 1890 354 454 or 003531 4044034 and a representative will be happy to check this for you. This number is available 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.
