Battery Fault in HKC SW-1070 Panel

    Hi,

Just wanting to confirm battery required before I purchase. I am getting a fault on the alarm panel to say that we have a battery fault in the Main Panel. The alarm is a HKC SW-1070 installed approx 4 years.

Would I be right in thinking the battery required is a 12v 7.2AH rechargeable battery? Are they readily available from Electrical Suppliers and is it difficult to replace? I have the Engineers Code etc.

    Thanks

    D.

12 volt DC 7 amp is correct. It's easy to replace, just observe the polarity +&-.
You may however need the engineer code to reset the battery timer.
